Young Adult Group Therapy
Specialty Group Therapy
Our teen and young adults groups are designed to reduce isolation and build meaningful, on-going support. To us, group therapy is central to how we support teens and young adults in Denver and across Colorado.
Therapy groups provide the chance to foster friendships in brave, yet safer space so that young people can explore and discover exactly who they want to be as an individual as well as part of a community while practicing therapeutic skills. Together, we’ll practice social bravery and community caretaking through sharing what feels hard to say out loud and discovering that you’re not the only one navigating anxiety, stress, overwhelm, perfectionism, identity questions, disability or isolation.
We Accept Medicaid Insurance, Second Wind Fund, and Self-Pay
Our teen and young adult therapists accept all RAEs of Health First Colorado (Medicaid), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), the Second Wind Fund, and offer an affordable pay-what-you-can sliding scale between $60-$140 per session for individual counseling. Our hope is to make therapy as affordable and financially transparent as possible while honoring economic access, dignity, and livelihood.
