Meet Teen & Young Adult Therapist,
Lena McCain

She/Her/Hers

I help teens and young adults find their voice and advocate for who they are, who they want to be, and ultimately, foster a community to guide them through it all

Clinical LPC Supervisor & Licensed Professional Counselor #0017723

Hey there, I’m Lena!

Life is really hard, especially if you’re a teen or twenty-something. From school to finances, to friends to family…the pressures just keeps growing. And these pressures? Well, they can make you feel worried, anxious, and even alone. But here’s the thing, it doesn’t have to feel this way.

As your therapist, I see you for the person you are and meet you in the thicket of risk and opportunity, through your challenges and your strengths, and then help you build the skills to face those pressures, make healthy choices, and feel happier.

Together, we will specifically use techniques that are focused on your overall wellbeing in mind and body. By including your overall wellbeing in this capacity, you and I will be able to unite your personal and cultural perspectives in our work together, ultimately supporting you in reaching the outcomes you want.

Please note that as the Founder & Clinical Director of Interfaith Bridge, my availability for individual appointments is limited. I currently only offer group therapy, consultation, and clinical supervision for LPCCs while overseeing the skilled team of clinicians here at Interfaith Bridge Counseling.
