Our Approach to LPC Clinical Supervision in Colorado
We consider our approach to clinical supervision to be a unique and individually tailored experience. This is because we do more than just check the box on your supervision form. We uplift you as both the human and therapist that you are, while helping you integrate your personal values as well as community values, and preparing you for a sustainable, fulfilling career in the mental health field.
Together, we will focus on empowering you - the therapist - by centering our attention to the themes, needs, and presenting concerns that arise within your professional experience.
What LPC Clinical Supervision With Us Means
-
Structured
We know that great clinical supervision begins with clear expectations and an actionable plan, which is why we offer an easy to follow, low-pressure format for your supervision sessions.
This allows us to structure each supervision meeting with clinical competency so that you’re getting the best use of your supervision time and addressing your professional needs.
-
Multicultural
Our approach to clinical supervision cultivates self-awareness and self-reflection by bridging the gap between cultural competency and cultural humility.
This enables us to provide you with an intersectional supervision experience that is both culturally responsive and culturally sensitive, ultimately supporting you in being the therapist you’ve always wanted to be.
-
Collaborative
We believe that the most effective clinical supervision stems from building a partnership in learning between you and your supervisor, which we cultivate through a collaborative emphasis.
This collaboration encourages a safer space for managing the stress that comes with being a professional in this field and empowers you to be an expert.
-
Creative
Our methods in clinical supervision guide you in exploring different clinical skills and therapeutic modalities, nurturing the depth of your creativity within your professional identity.
This creative process includes a variety of directive and non-directive styles to help you in discovering what makes your own therapeutic approach unique and unforgettable.
