Group Therapy for Teens in Colorado

It’s a fact, teens and young adults are happier and healthier the more they have positive and meaningful social interactions.*

As teenagers begin to gain independence and navigate their lives on their own terms, it’s important to help your teen find those positive and meaningful peer relationships. Through group therapy here at Interfaith Bridge Counseling, your teen or young adult is given the unique opportunity to foster peer relations in a brave, yet safer environment so that they can explore and discover exactly who they want to be as an individual as well as part of a community.

    Make the Commitment

We require an initial six-week commitment in order to be part of one of our therapy groups.

The importance of Teen Group Therapy in our approach to mental well being

Community is one of our core values in our therapeutic approach here at Interfaith Bridge Counseling, which is why we consider group therapy a vital part of our program for supporting teens in Colorado. At its heart, our therapy groups offer a safer space for teens to practice therapeutic skills and social bravery alongside a community of people their age.

Our teen groups are ideal for high school teens struggling with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, disability, and social anxiety and/or isolation. Together, each group member learns how to connect with others, to share their inner thoughts and feelings, and gain real-life support in developing a sense of identity, care, and belonging.
