I help teens and young adults heal their past and explore their present so that they can navigate the world with confidence and authenticity.

Professional Counseling Intern from Adams State University

Hey there, I’m Rani!

Existing in this world is daunting. You’re surrounded by countless opinions and conflicting societal pressures, all at once competing to tell you what’s important, what you could be doing, and how you should be feeling. And what’s more? It’s completely, overwhelmingly, loud.

Amidst all the noise, it’s easy to feel like you’re suddenly frozen. Stuck in an endless loop of having to choose - what the entirety of the world wants from you or what your authentic, unique self actually needs, just so you can get through the day. The thing is… our world and these pressures can impact our wellbeing, leading us to feel confused, lost, and ultimately, frustrated.

But imagine being able to filter out all the noise. Where you can finally become unstuck, allowing you to explore the complexities of your lived experience and your true, authentic self without judgment. Where you can balance concerning yourself with the weight of the world alongside your own values so that neither remains unseen or unheard. Where you can actually find some sense of peace. That’s where I come in.

As your therapist, I’m here to support you in exploring it all. Our work together will focus on honoring every part of who you are— the psychological, ancestral, political, and collective. We’ll work together to build a strong, trusting relationship with one another where you can fully express your authentic self and be met with respect and mutual consideration. Let’s find that balance and healing together, celebrating every part of who you are along the way.
